These are the words that characterize the quality behavioral health care of Highlands Community Services, Center for Behavioral Health. Since 1972, we have provided thousands of people in Bristol and Washington County, Virginia with hope and healing.
Our three areas of service include Mental Health, Intellectual Disability and Substance Abuse. We offer various programs within each department, tailored to ages and individual need.
