Infant & Toddler Early Intervention Program
The Early Intervention Program provides home-based services for children ages birth to three who are experiencing delays in gross and fine motor skills, self-help skills, speech development, and cognitive development. Additionally, children who are born significantly premature and/or have had extended stays in NICU may be eligible for Early Intervention services.

Outpatient Behavioral Health Therapy
Behavioral Health Therapy Services are designed specifically to provide an array of outpatient services for children and youth who’s emotional and mental health challenges have caused significant impairment but who do not require hospitalization.

Autism Services and Other Related Disorders

School Based Day Treatment
The Day Treatment Program provides School-Based intervention services to elementary, middle, and high school students focusing on behavior management, academic improvement, and life skill development. Services provided may include individual and/or group counseling, crisis intervention, behavior modification, and classroom coaching.

Student Assistance Program
The Student Assistance Program is a free, confidential service provided to middle and high school students. The program helps students develop healthy coping skills, make positive lifestyle choices and deal with the many challenges of adolescence.

Interchange Therapeutic Alternative School
The Interchange is a Therapeutic Day Treatment Educational Program for students whose emotional and behavioral needs cannot be met within the regular school environment. This program is an out of school placement that serves kindergarten through 8th graders.

Summer Day Treatment
The Summer Day Treatment Program lasts 4 days per week for 6 weeks during the summer months. It is designed to bridge the gap between school sessions for students who have difficulty maintaining appropriate behaviors and benefit from year round treatment. This program has a summer camp theme.

Children’s Care Coordination
Child and Adolescent Care Coordination Services improve the well-being of seriously emotionally disturbed and at risk children and adolescents by assessing their needs and monitoring, linking and coordinating the appropriate services to meet those identified needs.

Transition Coordination Services
Transition Coordination Services exist to reduce the institutionalization of youths, to shorten stays in psychiatric residential treatment facilities, to treat children/adolescents in the least restrictive environment possible, to aid in the transition of the child into a community-based treatment setting, and to aid in the family reunification process.

Intensive Family Services
Intensive Family Services offers both intensive case management and intensive in-home family services. Both services offer regular contact with families to focus on positive parenting skills and healthy overall family functioning.

Therapeutic Family Care
Therapeutic Family Care Sponsor Homes provide a community based intensive treatment setting for severely emotionally disturbed children and adolescents who otherwise would require treatment in a more restrictive residential setting or who, upon return from a residential setting, would require more treatment or supervision than what would normally be available in their own home or in a traditional foster home. TFC Sponsor Homes are a distinct, powerful and unique model of care that combines the best elements of traditional foster care with a treatment methodology within a family setting.

Behavior Intervention Services
Behavior Intervention Service make a difference in the lives of children who are seriously emotionally disturbed by providing a positive and caring role model, known as a mentor, who spends quality time finding a child’s strengths and building on them. Mentors also teach social skills, anger management, and much more while also working with parents, and assisting with school-related challenges.

ACCESS is the entryway into any HCS program or service for individual consumers and referring agencies. Your call will be answered by a trained Access specialist who will ask you some simple questions and get basic information.
