Access is the entryway into any HCS program or service for individual consumers and referring agencies. Your call will be answered by a trained Access specialist who will ask you some simple questions and get basic information. They will then explain the service we provide to meet your needs, check with your insurance and schedule an initial appointment. HCS also provides for emergency treatment, at any time of the day or night.
